eFIL moves back to our previously-occupied office space on the third floor of the Filipino Community Center.

Clement Bautista, eFIL administrator, conducts informational workshop on setting up a community-based digital archives, Establishing and Maintaining a Digital Archives: Lessons and Challenges, at the the 2010 Filipino American National Historical Society (FANHS) biennial conference, A Quest for Emergence: A Retrospective, held in Seattle, Washington (July 21-24, 2010). eFIL moves to new office space in the FilCom Center. Move will help FilCom lease formerly occupied office space. New eFIL space is FilCom Center's conference room. Gina Vergara-Bautista, eFIL archivist, conducts presentation, "Digital Archives - Expanding Our Reach," at the 2010 Association of Hawaii Archivists (AHA) conference. The conference was held at the Old Archives Building on the Iolani Palace grounds (Honolulu, HI).

First digitized Filipino newspaper is now online. Ti Progresibo, a publication of the Union of Democratic Filipinos (Katipunan Demokratikong Pilipino, KDP), is available as a PDF file.
