GIVING Unlike conventional archives, eFIL is entirely digitally-based, in collecting, processing and making accessible to the public. By preserving the past in this way, archived materials will not be stored in their original form but will be digitalized and returned to their original owners. Much of eFIL's collection will expanded by loans from generous individuals, families or organizations who wish to preserve and make publicly accessible the written, printed, oral and visual history of their experiences. eFIL welcomes the opportunity to acquire the use of additional and appropriate historical materials to continue building our digital collections. Types of materials to consider to donate their use include (and are not limited to) the following: Personal Papers Business Papers Printed Materials Literary Productions/Writings Organizational Records Religious Materials Sound Materials Artistic Materials |
