ABOUT OMSS
The Office of Multicultural Student Services (OMSS) of the Unversity of Hawaii at Manoa is a department in the Student Equity, Excellence and Diversity programs under the Office of Student Affairs. Formerly known as Operation Manong, OMSS continues to provide diversity outreach activities to the university community and affirmative action activities to the community at large.
Its principal focus is to address of issues that impact underserved communities in attaining educational equity.
